I want this print everywhere and on everything. Pillows, walls, blankets, you name it. Wallpapers are making a huge comeback and with gorgeous papers like this to choose from, it’s no big surprise. Thibaut Design is well known for their chic and fun wallpapers, especially this print entitled “Tanzania”. Aside from the fact that is a neutral pattern which automatically has me googley eyed, it makes such a fun statement. It is busy but in the most perfect way. I am in love.
I think the key to a patterned wallpaper is to stick to small spaces. You will see that most of the rooms are foyers or bathrooms. A pattern like this would be way too visually stimulating if you used it in a large space. But in a small space or on just an accent wall? Perfection. Also, can we talk about the deep mustard tufted ottoman in the picture below. This is the stuff dreams are made of.

The original wallpaper comes in few different colors (you can check them out here) and is VERY popular. It is also VERY pricey. However I have seen quite a few people DIY this wallpaper and check out the two pictures below. They look freakishly similar to the actual wallpaper and both just used a stencil! You still get the same bold impact but for a fraction of the cost. Genius.
